Besides a full breakfast including homemade jams and jellies, an authentic Cajun dinner is also offered. This dinner usually consists of seafood in season. Jambalaya, gumbo or etouffee are the specialties of the house. All of the dishes may contain shrimp, crab, oysters, or crayfish.
